Beer PourerSalary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Category Food and Beverage - ServiceDescriptionThe Beer Pourer is responsible for the safe service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet fans in a courteous manner while providing friendly and efficient service from our portable draft, bottled, and specialty beer cart locations.Set up and breakdown of portable location, including stocking, counting inventory, restocking, and organizing to break down at the end of service.Serve alcohol only in a safe and responsible manner adhering to state, federal and Stadium alcohol regulations.Understand menu offerings, pricing, and be able to communicate this to guests.Have a general knowledge of stadium and direct guests as needed.Keep work area clean and organized, adhere to health and safety standards.Always appear in proper uniform when on the floor or at assigned area.Record any equipment failures and/or safety hazards to supervisor.Follow the event pre-shift notes and provide service as described, check out with supervisor at the end of the shift.Special projects and assignments assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibility.Skills and QualificationsPrevious bar service experience required, including pouring draft beer and cocktail service. High volume preferred.Strong customer service skillsEnjoy working and interacting with a diverse group of peopleInterpersonal communication and teamworkMaintain a positive and professional demeanor at all timesOrganized and attentive to detailAbility to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and late hoursMust be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quotaMust be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely mannerPhysical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift, move, and carry up to 25lbs, pull, reach, bend.
