Job description
KinderCare seeks a Before & After School Site Director to lead our program at Creslane Elementary. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment, and supervise staff delivering enriching activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with school partners, managing enrollment and parent communication, and maintaining compliance with state and KinderCare standards. You’ll support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth while modeling KinderCare’s inclusive culture and pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities.
