KinderCare is seeking a Before & After School Site Director to lead our Chapman Hill Elementary program in Salem, OR. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s academic and social-emotional growth. You’ll partner closely with families and school staff, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and maintain organized, welcoming spaces.
