Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Teacher to support school-age children at Leroy L Wood Elementary. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth before and after the regular school day. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, supervising indoor and outdoor play, and maintaining strong communication with families and school staff. You will model positive behavior, support inclusion, and uphold all safety, licensing, and health standards while contributing to KinderCare’s culture of learning and teamwork.
