Job description
KinderCare seeks a Site Director to lead our program at Barneveld Elementary. In this on-site role, you will manage daily operations, staff, and curriculum to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment, maintain licensing and regulatory compliance, and foster strong partnerships with families and school partners. The Site Director oversees budgeting, enrollment, and resource management while coaching educators, supporting their professional growth, and upholding KinderCare’s nurturing, learning-focused culture.
