Job description
KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Sedgwick Elementary School to lead our before- and after-school programs. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, staff supervision, enrollment, and family communication while ensuring a safe, engaging environment aligned with KinderCare’s educational philosophy. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and compliance with state licensing standards, as well as develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities. The Site Director builds a collaborative, inclusive culture, supports staff development, and partners with school leaders and families to advance children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
