Job description
Role:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing ABA services for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Oversee behavior technicians delivering in-home and center-based therapy.
Collaborate with families to provide training and support.
Ensure clinical decisions are data-driven.
Participate in structured clinical training, supervision, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
Strong assessment, planning, and supervision skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to child-centered, high-quality care.
