Job description
Join our team in Staatsburg, NY, where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and oversee behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
Develop, implement, train on, and oversee behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans.
Maintain effective data collection systems, including data analysis and data-driven decision making.
Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and prepare individual and program-specific reports and documentation.
Support daily operations within behavior service areas to promote program growth and service expansion.
Utilize clear and effective communication to ensure coordination and collaboration among team members, while providing leadership within the Behavior Services Department.
Participate in training initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related human services field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required (or imminent completion for Behavior Specialist candidates).
New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) preferred.
1-2 years of experience in the human services field preferred.
