Description & Requirements Description Now Hiring: School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist for the 2026/2027 School Year

Pay & Schedule Compensation starting at $24.00
Part-time role
School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required
Basic Requirements
High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred: At least one completed college course
Currently enrolled in college
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
Bilingual skills are a bonus
Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
What You'll Do Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress
Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support consistent progress
