Support Setting 4 Caseloads
In-person, full-time roles (37.5 paid hours per week)
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Hello Behavior Specialists! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Behavior Specialists for the school year in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do:
Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Consult, communicate, and work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students
Implement positive behavior interventions and supports to support student progress, reinforcing positive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and redirecting inappropriate behaviors
May be required to use restrictive procedures
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher, Social Worker, or School Psychologist license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) also accepted
Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
Must pass background check and drug screening
