Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00/per hour, based on experience and education

Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required

Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Additional Pay Incentives

+$2/hour for weekend shifts

+$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs: Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm Now Hiring In: Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oak Hills. Must being willing to travel within 20 miles.

Who We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow

Reliable transportation

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist , you'll do more than provide care you'll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).

Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.

Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.

Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.

Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.

Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.

Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
