Behavior Technician (ABA) Pay: $19.00 – $26.00/hour Schedule: Part-Time Location: Clinic, Client Homes, Schools, and Community Settings
nDo you love working with kids, staying active, and making a real difference? We're looking for energetic, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team!
nAs a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents using play-based ABA therapy to help them build meaningful life skills. Every session is hands-on, engaging, and different.
nWhat You'll Do
nBuild strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
nImplement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
nTurn everyday play into meaningful learning opportunities.
nMaster the art of multitasking by seamlessly transitioning between engaging with your client and collecting accurate, real-time data—because every interaction matters, and every data point helps shape better outcomes.
nCollaborate with a supportive clinical team and continue growing your skills.
nWe're Looking For Someone Who...
nIs patient, positive, and enjoys working with children.
nCan think on their feet while staying organized.
nIs comfortable balancing direct client interaction with accurate documentation throughout each session.
nHas reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance.
nIs open to feedback, learning, and pursuing their RBT certification (if not already certified).
