Do you love working with children? Have experience in childcare, education, camp counseling, special education, autism services, nannying, coaching, or other helping professions?
We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (RBTs). No RBT certification? No problem—we provide paid training and support you through the certification process.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy being active, building relationships, celebrating small wins, and helping children develop important life skills.
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will include:
Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Helping children build independence and confidence
Using fun, engaging activities to support learning and growth
Following individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collecting data during sessions to track progress and celebrate successes
Collaborating with families and supervisors to help children reach meaningful goals
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships while making a lasting impact.

Enjoy working with children
Have experience with autism, special needs, childcare, education, camps, coaching, or related fields (preferred but not required)
Bring energy, patience, creativity, and a positive attitude to their work

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
Ability to actively engage with children during sessions
Pass background screening required for employment

Swannanoa
Available Schedules
We're currently hiring for the following part-time shifts:
8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
