nDreamCatchers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Denham Springs, LA. nResponsibilities:
nImplement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
nCollect accurate behavioral data and document session progress in a timely manner
nProvide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
nUse positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
nCollaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to support client goals
nMaintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during sessions
nParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
nPrior experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred
nRBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
nStrong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and positive demeanor
nAbility to follow detailed treatment plans and take direction from supervising BCBAs
nReliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in and around Denham Springs, LA
nMust pass a background check and meet any applicable state requirements
