Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time)
Location: In-Home & Community-Based (In-Person)
Pay:
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE PAID TRAINING PROVIDED

We are a home, clinic, school, and community-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company dedicated to helping children with autism and other developmental or behavioral challenges reach their full potential. Through individualized, play-based therapy, we teach meaningful skills that help children gain confidence, independence, and success in everyday life.
We believe therapy should be engaging, relationships matter, and every small victory deserves to be celebrated. As a Behavior Technician, youll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a childs life every single day.
Working one-on-one with children, youll help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change. Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings
Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress
Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors
Adapting teaching strategies to meet each childs unique strengths and needs
You dont need prior ABA experience to get started—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
What matters most is your passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
High school diploma required
College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus
A genuine passion for working with children
