As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children during scheduled therapy sessions. Using play, routines, and structured activities, you will help children build communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills while learning foundational ABA principles.

You will follow an individualized treatment plan developed by a licensed supervisor and receive ongoing coaching as you work toward RBT certification.

You must be able and willing, with or without reasonable accommodation, to obtain your RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Continued employment in this role is contingent upon meeting this requirement.

More information about RBT certification requirements is available through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
