Overview
nPosition: Behavior Technician
nLocation: 1860 W Winchester Road Suite 108 Libertyville IL 60048
nSchedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)
nCompensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (pending experience)
nnRush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

n nResponsibilities
n Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
n nQualifications
n High school diploma/GED required
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
1 Year of OP Experience
