nAutism Health Services (AHS) is growing, and we are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) join our Worcester team.
nWhether you already have ABA experience or are interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we want to hear from you.
nWhat You'll Do
nAs a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and young people with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
nYour responsibilities will include:
nProviding 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan
nTeaching communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills
nImplementing behavior-support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA
nCollecting accurate data during sessions
nCompleting timely and accurate session documentation
nParticipating in social skills and other clinical programming
nCollaborating with BCBAs, fellow Behavior Technicians, families, and the AHS clinical team
nMaintaining a safe, positive, professional, and engaging environment for our clients

nYou do not have to be an RBT to apply.
nWe welcome motivated candidates who are interested in learning ABA and working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
nWhat We're Looking For
nHigh school diploma or equivalent required
nAt least 18 years old
nReliable, punctual, and professional
nComfortable working actively with children
nAble to follow clinical instructions and accept coaching and feedback
nStrong communication and teamwork skills
nAbility to complete required documentation accurately and on time
nExperience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, education, childcare, behavioral health, or ABA is preferred but not required
nCurrent RBT certification is highly valued
nMust successfully complete required background checks
nStart as a BT. We’ll Help You Become an RBT.
nNo RBT certification? That’s okay.
nIf you are new to ABA but have the passion and potential to succeed, Autism Health Services will support you on the pathway toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
nEligible Behavior Technicians receive:
nPaid ABA orientation and training
nSupport completing the required 40-hour RBT training
nHands-on training and competency development with our clinical team
nBCBA supervision and support
nAssistance preparing for the RBT competency assessment
nGuidance through the RBT application and certification process
nPay increase upon obtaining RBT certification
nContinued opportunities for professional growth within AHS
nBT Trainee → BT → RBT → Clinical Support/Lead opportunities
nStart at $21–$24/hour as a BT, based on experience, and grow your career and earning potential as you become RBT certified.
nYou don't need years of ABA experience to build a career with us. We're looking for dependable, compassionate people who are willing to learn, accept coaching, and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. Schedule
