Bring your energy, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with kids as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Gilbert, AZ! In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in helping children with developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful milestones through one‑on‑one ABA therapy.

Pay: $21 - $24 / hour
*pay is based on experience and certifications
Schedule: Multiple shifts are available based on business needs and candidate availability. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.
