Job description
Pay
$16.80 - $20 per hour, based on experience and completion of RBT certification. Training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities
Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy.
Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families.
Required Skills
Minimum age 18.
High school diploma or equivalent.
