Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
Competitive pay:
$22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 14.00for each billable client hour worked
14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck
Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

RBT Career Path Program
A structuredcareer ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
Progress throughRBT Level 1-4and Lead RBTwith pay increases at each level
Position Details
Position Type: Full‑Time
Schedule:
Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
Hoursare not guaranteed

WhatYou’llDo
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients
Collect and record data to track client progress
Provide written and verbal updatesregardingtreatment goals and progress
Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
WhatWe’reLooking For
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation
Ability tolift upto 50lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floorfrequently
Passion for helping children and families
