Behavior Technician
Up to $25/hr paid weekly | Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday-Friday School Schedule
Looking for a role that offers steady hours and hands-on experience working with students? Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support K-12 students in Burbank, CA. This opportunity is a great fit for candidates interested in Behavior Technician, Behavior Therapist, ABA Technician, or school-based behavioral support roles. You'll work directly with students, helping them build positive behaviors and stay engaged in the classroom while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting.

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
Implement behavior strategies and interventions as directed
Monitor and document student progress toward goals
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and school teams
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in ABA, behavioral support, childcare, education, or related settings preferred
BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a consistent school-day schedule
