Are you enthusiastic and love working with kids? Join us as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Westminster, CA, a role where you'll make an impact by supporting kids with autism.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them grow social skills, build confidence, and thrive, while supporting their families along the way with personalized care.
Pay: $21 - $26 / hour. Pay based on experience. Sign-On Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus paid at your 6-month anniversary. Open interview September 10th (9/10).
Time: 3:30 PM- 5:30 PM Address: 5455 Garden Grove Blvd, Ste. 300, Westminster, CA 92683.
Scheduling & Availability Therapy sessions are typically provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. Saturday sessions are available, but not required. Spectrum Behavioral Therapies strongly prefers candidates with afternoon availability Monday through Friday. At minimum, we require at least 2 or 3 day afternoon availability based on our clients staggered schedules (either Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday).
While some employees may begin with more hours, most new Behavior Technicians start part-time. As client needs and schedules align, there are opportunities to increase hours, including full-time positions. All hours are dependent on client needs, staff availability, and insurance requirements.
