nWe are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with children with Autism while training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
nWhat You'll Do:
nWork 1:1 with children in our clinic, school, or home settings
nImplement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs
nSupport children in building communication, daily living, and social skills
nCollect and track data on patient progress
nReceive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA

nMust be eligible to work in Arkansas and pass a background check
nPrevious RBT or behavioral health experience is a bonus—but not required
