nWe’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area.

nWhat You’ll Do
nnnProvide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

nnWork with a BCBA to support skill development
n
nnTrack progress and create a safe, positive environment
n
n nCompensation
nnCompetitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.
n nTraining & Growth
nnnFree 40-hour RBT training (online)
n
nnCertification exam reimbursement
n
nnOngoing support + growth opportunities
n
n nRequirements
nnnExperience with children (preferred, not required)
n
nnWilling to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
n
nnReliable, patient, and strong communication skills
