nWe are seeking a Behavioral Technician to join our team of professionals who are committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and related conditions. The Behavioral Technician will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
nOur team of ABA professionals led by Gabriella Nelson, BCBA (AKA @thebehaviorchick on Instagram) utilizes evidence-based techniques to teach in a fun way a wide range of skills, such as communication, socialization, and daily living skills, to children who require individualized support. We work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a fun treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each child.

nResponsibilities:
nImplementing behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
nCollecting data on clients' progress toward behavioral goals
nConducting preference assessments and other data collection procedures
nAssisting with skill acquisition programs, such as language and social skills
nProviding feedback to parents, teachers, and other caregivers on clients' progress
nMaintaining accurate and timely records of clients' progress and behavior incidents
nParticipating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
nRequirements:
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
nEnjoys working with children.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
nReliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes or schools
nAbility to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test.
nHigh School Diploma
nA lively personality for sessions!
