Job description
JBA Institute in Paramount, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This full-time, in-person role offers weekday hours and potential to move from part-time to full-time.
You will support children aged 3-12 across school, home, clinic, and community settings, teaching language, social, self-help, and play skills while documenting progress. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour, with benefits and ongoing professional training.
