Behavior Technician – Entry-Level ABA Paid Training

What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting children through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You'll work 1:1 with clients, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Autism Specialist (AS), helping each child build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive clinic environment
Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors
Collecting and recording data in real time
Collaborating with a team of passionate clinicians and leaders
Celebrating every milestone, no matter how small
What We're Looking For
A genuine love for working with children and families
A team player with strong communication skills
Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
40-hour RBT Training (must be completed prior to starting)
High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields a plus!)
At least 1 year experience working with children; autism or special needs preferred
Prior ABA experience is highly preferred - we provide hands-on training .
