nWhat You’ll Do
n• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and community settings • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs • Collect accurate session data • Complete session notes • Communicate regularly with supervisors
n• Work closely with BCBAs, program managers, and fellow team members in a collaborative model designed to support meaningful client progress and provide hands-on mentorship for Behavior Technicians.
nYou will receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
nQualifications
n• High school diploma required • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation • Experience working with children strongly preferred • Strong communication skills
nRBT Training Requirement
nApplicants without prior BT experience must complete the required 40-hour RBT training prior to their start date. This is an industry-wide certification requirement and is not compensated.
nCompletion of the course is not required to apply or interview.
nCompensation & Perks
n• Starting at $20.00 per hour (up to $24.00 DOE) • Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement • Ongoing supervision and mentorship • Training support for RBT certification • BCBA supervision hours available • Flexible scheduling and unpaid time off available with advance notice
