Looking for a flexible schedule and meaningful work?
We're hiring part-time positions (10-20 hours per week) in South LA with the ability to grow to full-time once schools are back in session. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference while gaining hands-on, real-world experience supporting clients in their home settings. Our team members enjoy a fun and rewarding role where they build practical, transferable skills that truly matter.
No experience required-we provide paid training and pair you with a mentor to support your success from day one.

Part-Time to Start (10 - 20 hours/week)
Pay Range: $19.50 - $25.13/hr*
*Based on experience, education, certifications, and second language use (50%+ of the time)

What You'll Do:
Provide direct care to clients
Implement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED
Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverage
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check
Current TB Test
CPR/First Aid Certification
Work Environment & Physical Qualifications Support is provided in a variety of settings such as homes, schools, or clinics
Ability to work in settings with moderate to loud noise levels
Comfort working with individuals who may display a wide range of behaviors and needs
Could include the following physical demands : significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling
