nBelle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Marlborough, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. nResponsibilities:
nImplement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
nCollect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
nProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
nUse positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
nMonitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA
nMaintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
nCollaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
nPrior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
nRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
nStrong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
nAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
nReliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
nMust pass a background check prior to employment
