Job description
We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in an on-call capacity. This position is perfect for someone who wants flexibility and enjoys stepping in to support clients when coverage is needed.
nOn-call staff do not have a set schedule and are not required to be available at all times or paid for availability, but will be contacted to help cover staff call-outs, absences, or additional client needs.
nYou’ll work directly with children, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.
nWhat We’re Looking For
nSomeone who would like to be offered shifts to work
nMust enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.
nPositive, patient, and coachable — able to take direction and apply feedback.
nComfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.
nWilling to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.
nCurrently enrolled in or completed college (no high school–only applicants).
nReliable and consistent — this role requires working 5 days a week.
nRBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage.
nKey Responsibilities
nWork 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
nRun programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors.
nCollect accurate data during each session.
nSupport with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials.
nFollow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication.
nKeep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client.
nAssist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.

nRequirements
nMust be at least 18 years old with starting an education.
