Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) - Up to $31/hr

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings.
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Collect and document client progress data.
Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Qualifications
Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Schedule & Location
Pay: $26-31 per hour
Hours: 10-40 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible
Location: Maryland
