As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll be the guiding hand helping our clients develop essential skills, improve communication, and gain independence — and you'll do it with the support of a caring team and comprehensive training.No experience? No problem! We provide all the paid, in-house, ongoing training you'll need to succeed and grow in this rewarding career.What's it like working with us?Every day is different and full of new opportunities to make a positive impact.You'll work directly with clients in their homes, clinics, or schools, using innovative ABA techniques.Watch your clients thrive as you help them reach their goals and overcome challenges.Who are we looking for?People who love working with children and helping othersStudents studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood, or related fieldsBabysitters, nannies, daycare workersDirect Support Professionals, Respite Workers, ParaprofessionalsLNA/CNA professionalsAnd anyone eager to make a difference!Ideal candidates are available Monday-Friday, between 1 pm and 7 pm, for about 10-15 hours a week.You should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid California driver's license with reliable transportation.Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!Your responsibilities:Implement personalized ABA techniques in various settingsCollect accurate data to track progressParticipate in therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training sessionsSupport with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.Why join the Patterns family?Paid orientation, training, drive time, and mileage!Employee rewards and recognition programsDiscounts on coursework at local universitiesPaid CEUs to keep your BCBA certification currentReady to start your journey with us?
