What's it like working with us?

Every day is different and full of new opportunities to make a positive impact.

You'll work directly with clients in their homes, clinics, or schools, using innovative ABA techniques.

Watch your clients thrive as you help them reach their goals and overcome challenges.

You should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid California driver's license with reliable transportation.

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required — we'll train you!

Your responsibilities:

Participate in therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training sessions

Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
