nAs a licensed provider of Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.
nPosition: ABA Technician
nAs an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
nResponsibilities:
nnnImplement individualized service plans (ISPs)
n
nnConduct ABA therapy sessions
n
nnBuild positive relationships with clients and their families
n
nnAssist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
n
nnProvide support and resources to clients and their families
n
n nQualifications:
nnnHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred
n
nnRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
n
nnAt least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
n
nnStrong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
n
nnEffective communication skills
n
nnAvailability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.

nnValid driver's license and reliable transportation
n
