Job description
First Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 6 and under build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. We’re looking for energetic and caring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children ages 6 and under in a fun, supportive environment
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect and record accurate session data
Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred)
Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently
Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play
Must pass a background check
Schedule
Monday–Friday, flexible start/end times between 8:00am–5:00pm
No nights or weekends
