nResponsibilities:
nImplement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
nProvide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, school, or community settings
nCollect accurate behavioral data and document session progress using designated data systems
nUse positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
nSupport clients in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based techniques
nCollaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to ensure consistent program implementation
nMaintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and their families
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
nPrior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
nRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
nStrong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
nAbility to pass a background check and TB test
nReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
nPhysically able to engage in active play and implement behavioral intervention techniques
