nPay rate: $25

nSchedule:

nSaturday 11:00 to 5:00

nMonday 11:00 to 5:00

nTuesday -Friday 10:00 to 1:30

nS ummary:

nThe Edinburg Center is seeking an experienced Part-Time Fee-for-Service Behavior Technician to provide community based ABA support to a 23 yr. old male who has high functioning autism in Shrewsbury MA,. Weekly number of hours will average 6-12 hours per week. Hourly rate: $25/hr. Must be able to meet the below requirements, and must be able to work the following weekly schedule above What you will do:

nnnImplement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA concentrating on social skills, communication and behavioral support.

nnWork collaboratively and independently with team members especially parents.

n

nnAssist in training parents and caregivers who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with excellent oral and written communication skills.

n nWhat you will bring:

nnnCandidates must meet one of three requirements: (1) BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education or human service-related field; (2) Associate's degree and a minimum of two years relevant direct experience with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and autism; (3) At least one year experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a therapeutic setting

nnMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required, and be able to meet our safe driving requirements

nnExperience in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism is required.

nnExperience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching new skills, including direct instruction, discrete trial training, incidental teaching, task analysis and other ABA methods preferred

nnExperience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism

nnExcellent written and interpersonal skills, team player
