nSpringHealth Behavioral is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in our Springfield, IL clinic to provide ABA therapy with children with autism. We will provide training to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Our therapy team executes customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations. nResponsibilities
nnnImplement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
n
nnProvide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
n
nnImplement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
n
nnProvide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
n
nnFacilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
n
nnTrack client progress and program data
n
nnUnderstands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
n
nnObserves confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
n
n nQualifications
nnnRegistered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
n
nnBachelor’s Degree, preferred
n
nnTwo or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
n
nnValid Driver’s License
n
nnReliable transportation and insurance
n
nnFlexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
n
nnStrong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
n
