Behavior Technician Sub – Work When You Want!Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Behavior Technician (BT) substitutes to provide short term, "on demand" coverage across multiple school districts to fill same day and short term openings for 1-1 and classroom support roles. This is a "work when you want" role, offering high level of flexibility and choice in the shifts you work and can vary week to week based on your schedule and the needs of the districts in and around Nazareth, PA. These are day time school schedule hours only, no evenings or weekends available.These roles would begin for the 2026/2027 school year.Responsibilities:Implement individual and classroom-based behavioral programming, at the direction of supervising case manager(s) and classroom teacher(s)Record relevant intervention dataProvide assistance to students to effectively and independently participate in classroom and building activitiesImplement challenging behavior interventions strategies for students with escalated behaviorsConsistently arrive on time and fulfill coverage shifts, and communicate any changes in availability as soon as possibleComply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.Demonstrate sound judgement, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skillsPerks:Choice of shifts you cover to offer ultimate flexibility in your scheduleSubstitute shifts are available as morning half shifts, afternoon half shifts, or full shifts (with times determined by the standard times of each position)Competitive compensation rates as a W2 employeeAccess to clinical training, ongoing professional development opportunities, and mentorshipSchool-Based Academy - support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successfulCompany Profile: Each year the number of students receiving related services under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) changes and grows. Together we can change the way we help children access their full education and have reach their potential!Qualifications:High school diplomaExperience working / volunteering with children, preferably children with disabilitiesMust have reliable transportation to access schools you select to cover inMust have access to a computer or smart phone to use the Frontline Absence Management systemMust pass state & federal background checks & clearances, drug test, and physical, as required by each district
