Mentor South Bay , provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. nMentor South Bay has expanded!!! We're proud to keep supporting families-now in a fun, play-based center designed to help every child grow and thrive.
nResponsible for implementing behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our new center-based ABA program!
n Consult with team members to implement individualized services for assigned clients
n Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family
n Maintain client records completely and accurately to include: Documentation of forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge of clients
n Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic
n Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to respective disciplines and relevant certification
n Maintain daily contact with program during normal business hours
n Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients
n Meet performance expectations based on part time or full time status, as designated
n Adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the program director
n Adhere to clinical recommendations from clinical administration
n Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters
n Participate in team meetings, supervision and in-service training as required
n Participate in program development and team goals
n Other duties as required
nQualifications:
nnnAssociate or Bachelor's Degree required
n
nnRequired experience in related field
n
nnExceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
n
nnA good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
n
