nWe are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavior Therapists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, special education, child development, human services, mental health, or healthcare careers.
nWe currently have an immediate need for staff availability during afternoon hours and are offering enhanced hourly compensation for candidates able to support these schedules.
nCompensation: $23-32/hour
nEmployment Type: Part-Time
nSchedule: Flexible scheduling available
nCurrent openings include:
nMorning shifts
nAfternoon shifts
nEvening shifts
nAdditional compensation may be available for afternoon availability.
nWhat You'll Do
nProvide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy services
nImplement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
nTeach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
nCollect and record data on client progress during each session
nCollaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
nMaintain professional, ethical, and confidential client interactions
nEnsure client safety and promote positive learning experiences across home, center, and community settings
nQualifications
nMinimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
nDegree or coursework in Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
nStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
nReliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
nAbility to work independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans
