Do you want a career where your work truly matters? At Orchard Learning & Behavior Services, we support young children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team.
About the Role
Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy to children in 1:1 and small group settings in our clinic. You'll work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst to help children learn meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.
Pay & Schedule
$17–$20/hour, based on experience
Pay increases tied to performance evaluations
Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Full-time employees receive PTO and benefits
What You'll Do
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Deliver ABA teaching programs using prompting and reinforcement
Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition
Support parent and caregiver training
Participate in ongoing ABA, ethics, and professional development trainings
Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to build rapport with children and families
Must be 18+, with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
