Behavior TechnicianProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a home-based setting. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years oldAny other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBAQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience working with children preferredPrior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferredExposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be providedReliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locationsAbility to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policiesDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentClear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accuratelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or prioritiesWork schedule is part-time after school hours
