nJob Summary Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician in Basking Ridge, NJ
nThe hours are Mon-Wed-Thu-Fri 5:30p - 7:30p (8 hours a week) This is for an adult client (18 years old)**

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your career, we’ll be there every step of the way—including helping you pursue your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or even work toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
nWhat You’ll Do:
nWork one-on-one with clients in their homes.
nImplement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
nCollect and record data on client progress
nCommunicate with supervising BCBAs and provide updates to families
nFoster growth, independence, and meaningful progress in the lives of the children we serve
nWhat We’re Looking For:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent required
nMust be at least 18 years old
nA passion for helping others and a desire to learn
nPreferred Qualifications:
nDegree in psychology, education, or a related field
nPrior experience in ABA, childcare, teaching, or working with children with special needs
nCompletion of a 40-hour RBT training (we can help with this!)
nWillingness to complete and maintain RBT certification
