nBluemind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Ypsilanti, MI. nResponsibilities:
nImplement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
nCollect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session
nProvide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
nUse positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
nMaintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families
nParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision sessions
nFollow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols consistently
nRequirements:
nHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
nPrior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
nRBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
nStrong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends
nReliable transportation and valid driver's license
nMust pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
