Job description
A community-focused behavioral health organization is seeking a Behavior Therapist for fulltime or fee-for-service roles in Arlington, Waltham, and Watertown. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree and experience with functional behavior assessments, as well as work with youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges, including autism. This role includes conducting assessments, designing support plans, and collaborating with team members.
