Behavior Therapists
For BT we are requiring them to go for their RBT certification within 90 days of hire, it's a 40 hour training course and once certified they will get a $1 increase for pay from the original offer. Schedules for our clients:
Holyoke - Monday - Thursday 3-5:30pm (10 hrs/week)
Springfield - Friday 3:30-7:30pm and Saturday 1-6pm (9 hs/wk)
Northampton - Monday - Friday 4:30-7:30pm (15 hrs/wk)
Westfield - Monday - Thursday 6-8:30 and Sunday 12-2pm (12 hrs/wk)
