Hourly Pay: $23 - $28 / hour

nJoin Maxim Healthcare as a Behavior Technician/ Behavioral Aide and help children and adults with autism and related developmental differences build communication, social, and daily living skills.
nYou'll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

n nQualifications
nRequired:
nnnAt least 18 years old
n
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent
n
n nPlus one of the following:
nnCollege coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field
n nOR
nnnAt least one year of experience as a:
n
nnBehavior Technician
n
nnABA Therapist
n
nnBehavioral Interventionist
n
nnParaprofessional
n
nnChild Development Professional
n
nnCamp Counselor
n
nnSimilar child-focused role
n
n nAdditional Details
nnnServices are provided in clients' homes and community settings

nnTravel between client locations may be required
